Peter and Gordon - A World Without Love
A truly beautiful song, written by Paul McCartney at the height of Beatlemania. It sounds so 'pure', probably a lot to do with the harmonies of the duo. And as much as I am a huge Beatles fan, I can't imagine The Beatles singing this!

yes i do know its written by Paul McCartney. i don't think it would have sounded the same if performed by the Beatles. probably with more bass, more guitar-driven.
of course it'll be nice to hear a Beatles interpretation of the song! but i just like Peter and Gordon's as it is.
