The Radio Television Singapore Talentime 69 finalists were a mix of star-struck talents, offering a variety in musical styles. Among the finalists were a 6 year old piano prodigy, and a contestant offering Mistrel-type entertainment. Of course, there were the singers too, like these two featured here. From a commerative record showcasing each of the Talentime 69 finalists:
Marie Tang: A 14 year old student at St Joseph's Convent whose ambition is to be a school teacher. She has taken part in several competitions and qualified for the Finals of RTS Talentime last year. According to Marie, she owes a lot to a friend - Uncle James, who has been coaching her for this year's talentime

Ainah Ahmad: Took part in Radio Talentime series 1963 and 1964. She is 21 years old and is happily married.
